By accessing, registering on, or using the jl44 platform (accessible at jl44.vip and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl44 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl44 platform and close your account if one has been created.

jl44 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Upon registration, you will be required to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time jl44 deems appropriate, you may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID — to verify your age and identity.

If age verification reveals that a player is under 21 years of age, jl44 will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed, and return any deposits made (net of any withdrawals already processed) to the payment method used for deposit. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

To access the full range of jl44 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active jl44 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. jl44 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

jl44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) jl44 suspects fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) the player has provided false registration information; or (d) jl44 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of closure due to player breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

jl44 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl44 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. Players with VIP status may be eligible for higher transaction limits as communicated through the VIP program terms.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard operating hours. jl44 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.

All account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl44 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl44 bears no responsibility.

jl44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

jl44 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct inconsistent with good faith participation in promotions.

All games available on the jl44 platform — including live dealer games, slot games, fishing games, bingo, and table games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jl44 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jl44 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, jl44 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jl44 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action and reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jl44 support immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with jl44.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward jl44 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jl44 platform software.

jl44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jl44 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl44 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jl44 content; create derivative works based on jl44 content; use jl44 branding or trademarks without prior written consent; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; interruption of service; or any other matter relating to your use of jl44.

jl44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jl44, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl44 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jl44 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Your continued use of the jl44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl44, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines.

jl44's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and platform access are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
